Using matcha harvested in Kyoto and large Tamba Dainagon adzuki beans from Hyogo Prefecture, this zenzai offers a refined sweetness and the rich flavor of matcha. 
It can be enjoyed by warming it in a water bath or transferring it to a microwave-safe container and heating it in the microwave. 
Add shiratama (rice flour dumplings) or mochi for a traditional treat, or chill it and serve with ice cream for a refreshing dessert.
