TAKAMASA & Co., Ltd., based in Onagawa Town, 400 km north of Tokyo, is renowned for its high-quality fish from the Sanriku coast, one of the world’s premier fishing areas.
As one of the few kamaboko manufacturers in Japan that directly sources fresh fish, TAKAMASA produces its own surimi (fish paste) and crafts it into premium kamaboko. Their dedication to quality has earned them numerous awards in Japan.
