Exchange and Refund
For missing or unsatisfactory items, please email us (tfd-order@weagri.jp ) within a week from the start of your delivery time slot and a picture of the product, if possible, we will contact you for exchange and/or refund.
We do not exchange or refund items that were delivered in good condition but are not to your taste.
In case of absence of the recipient
・If you are not present on the delivery date for perishable items that require freshness, they may be disposed of.
・We cannot accept any 'returns or exchanges' in the event of absence at the delivery address.
・Please check your delivery schedule in advance and specify a delivery date
