Le Lectier Taste

Le Lectier has a very high sugar content of over 16 degrees and is characterized by its rich sweetness. It has almost no acidity with mellow aroma that fills the mouth. 

Le Lectier Origin

Niigata Prefecture has fertile soil, abundant water resources and a climate with a large temperature difference, making it the perfect environment for growing Lurex. Niigata Prefecture is the main production area for Lurex, accounting for about 82% of the domestic production.
