A traditional Japanese rice fermented drink containing lactic acid bacteria-producing substances produced by 16 types of live lactic acid bacteria, including Bifidobacterium bifidum.
Shake well before consumption.
Fresh Rice Malt can be consumed straight, mixed with milk, soya milk or fruit juices, added to yoghurt, coffee or tea, or used in cocktails.
It can also be used in a variety of culinary applications, such as as a sweetener or condiment, or as a marinade for meat and fish, or in dressings and sauces.
