We cultivate our products organically without using pesticides. The salt we use is high-quality and produced from the rich waters of the western sea. We have preserved the traditional method of making yuzu kosho, handed down by a grandmother who has been making it for 60 years in the small village of Hiramatsu, located at an altitude of about 300 meters in the mountainous region of Nagasaki Prefecture. We have added a chef's exquisite recipe to create a refined finish. This product highlights the deliciousness of ingredients with the rich aroma of fresh yuzu and its crunchy texture.
