This men-tsuyu is made from a combination of eight types of dashi with a mellow aroma and full-bodied flavour, honjozo soy sauce and raw sugar from mineral-rich Tanegashima Island, and contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives. It can be used for men-tsuyu (noodle soup) and simmered dishes, as well as on the table like dashi soy sauce.
