Gyokkado's Dorayaki TANAGOKORO is one of our most cherished Japanese sweets. Each dorayaki is crafted by hand by skilled artisans who meticulously monitor the temperature and bake each piece individually using traditional methods. This careful process ensures each dorayaki has a moist and fluffy texture. The filling, a richly flavored bean paste, is made from Hokkaido azuki beans and our own homemade recipe, delivering a superior taste experience.

Our Commitment to Quality Bean Paste

Our in-house process includes soaking, steaming, and cooking the beans to create a raw paste, which is then finely tuned to enhance each confection. This meticulous approach allows us to produce bean paste that is not only flavorful but also perfectly matched to each individual sweet.
