Based on the 100% plant-derived "Ethical Burg," made mainly from konnyaku, which is rich in dietary fiber, and soybeans, which are called "meat of the field" and contain high protein content, Yoshiyuki Okuno, chef and owner of the popular Italian restaurant Brianza Group, supervised the development of a special vegan sauce. The spicy curry sauce, richly flavored with cloves and cardamom, perfectly matches the texture and aroma of the nuts.

Cooking Method
Pre-heated and can be served as is.
It tastes even better when heated.
Use a saucepan to boil water and roast the bag in it. (5 minutes).
When heating in a microwave oven, please warm it with the bottom of the bag fully spread out and standing up without opening the seal.
