Fuji no Kagayaki is a rare Yamanashi-bred grape created by Shimura Grape Research Institute from Shine Muscat × Wink. Its striking purple-black berries and exceptionally large-fruited genetics earned it the nickname “Black Shine Muscat.”

Its defining character is the intensity of its flavour. The breeder identifies exceptionally high sugar accumulation and a distinctive deep, full-bodied richness as key traits of the cultivar. Rather than sweetness alone, Fuji no Kagayaki develops a dense, lingering depth that gives each berry substantial presence.

Serve & Store

Storage: Refrigerate immediately after delivery, unwashed and protected from drying. Avoid extended room-temperature storage in Singapore’s heat.
Serving: Wash just before eating. For a fuller perception of sweetness, remove from the refrigerator around 20–30 minutes before serving.
