I cannot sign in.

1. Are you typing the correct email addres and password?

Make sure you're typing exactly the same information including capital letter…

Type-in your email address here and click "Reset your password"
A message to reset your password will be sent to your email address. Click the confirmation link and reset your password.

I want to change my setting.

You may change on your MyPage.
You may see your setting and order historyon MyPage.
You may edit your information, password, subscribe/unsubscribe our newsletter, and edit / add your address.

 

I want to unsubscribe newsletter.

On "Change your setting" on your MyPage, uncheck the box for newsletter subscription.If you want to subscribe, check the box again.

 

Can I order on a phone?

Unfortunately no.

 

Can I request more than one delivery in one order?

Unfortunately no. If you would like to order to more than one delivery address, make separate orders per address.

 

What is the minimum order amount?

Considering our packaging and delivery fee, we welcome orders from SGD50.00 (tax excluded)

 

Can I request gift-wrapping?

Unfortunately no.

 

Can I request specific delivery date / time?

Unfortunately no. We deliver only every Tuesday. But in the future, we hope to expand our delivery date.

 

I want to change my order detail.

Sorry we do not accept any order change.

you may cancel the order within a day from your confirmed order. And then, re-order correctly.

If you want to cancel your confirmed order, you may cancel within a day from your confirmed order.
If you want to cancel your confirmed order, you may cancel within a day from your confirmed order. Please check your order confirmation email first, check the following items and contact our support center @ tfd-order@weagri.jp

I want to change my payment method.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment method after the confirmed order.

 

I get errors when I try to pay with my credit card.

Please make sure you're typing in the correct information (Card type, Holder's name, Card No., Expiration Date, Security Code)
You may have typed the expiration month and year oppositely.
If you typed in the correct information and still get errors, contact your credit card company.

 

Is my credit card information safely processed?

Your credit card information is sent only to Shopify for the payment process. We cannot see it at all.
Your payment information is all encrypted and processed safely.

 

Can you issue my payment receipt?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any receipt.

 

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

As of now, it takes around 2weeks from your order.

 

I get errors when I access the site. The site does not show up properly.
