KUROAMA is the top grade within Kinokawa persimmons—naturally seedless—selected for its deeper black goma marbling and elevated sweetness. The taste profile is clean and concentrated with a silky-tender bite and abundant juice. Typical sweetness is around 16° Brix, delivering a long, pure finish without heaviness. The season is short (mid-October to mid-November), making it a limited, gift-worthy fruit.
2. Fuyu Persimmon (High Grade), 1pc/approx.200g
The Fuyu persimmon is the most widely produced persimmon variety in Japan, known as the "King of Sweet Persimmons" for its superior texture and high sugar content compared to other varieties.
3. Tone Wase (High Grade), 1pc/approx.200g
Tone Wase is characterized by its seedless nature, making it easy to enjoy, and by its distinctive flattened, almost square shape. The flesh has a pleasant firmness — not too hard — with abundant juice and a mellow, rounded sweetness. Its rich flavor fills the mouth with every bite, offering a satisfying taste experience.
