How to cook Yamabushi take mushroom?
- Tempura
- Miso Soup / Osui Mono (Japanese soup)

For SALAD:
- Break the mushroom into small pieces by hands.
- Put in boiling water for 20-40 seconds.
- Remove water from the mushroom. And add your favorite leafy vegetables.
- Add some salad seasonings. *we recommend sesame dressing.
For Stir-fried Vegetables and Meat in Starchy Sauce (八宝菜):
Ingredients:
- Yamabushi Mushroom ...1 pack
- Bok Choy ... 2 pieces
- Carrot ... 50g
- Salt & Pepper ... 1/2 small tbsp.
- Chinese seasoning ... some
- Boiled water ... 1/2 cup
- Starch ... some
- Oil ... some
Steps:
- Break the mushroom into small pieces by hands.
- Cut Bok-Choy into 2-3cm pieces and Cut Carrot into small pieces.
- Add little oil onto a pan. Add above vegetables.
- Stir-fry with some salt and peppers.
- Add the mushroom and seasonings (sauce).
- Add the water-melted starch for creamy texture.
