The mackerel is marinated in mirin, grilled, and coated with teriyaki sauce. It can be enjoyed simply by defrosting, as all parts are edible, making preparation quick and allowing for easy intake of mackerel’s nutrients.
Designed to pair well with rice, it is delicious when eaten together with rice after defrosting.
