This flavorful tsuyu faithfully recreates the taste that has made Yoshimura a favorite. Made without any extracts or chemical seasonings, the ingredients are carefully selected, with a base of Hokkaido Rishiri kelp aged for about two years to concentrate its umami.
The broth is further enriched with four types of specially selected dried bonito, including high-quality katsuobushi. This versatile tsuyu enhances the depth and umami of various dishes, from soba noodles and rice bowls to tempura and simmered dishes.
