It features a luxurious broth made from premium Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido, aged for about two years to concentrate its umami, combined with four carefully selected types of dried fish, including honkarebushi (aged bonito flakes).
The ratio of ingredients has been adjusted to go well with the dipping sauce for soba (including udon and somen).
