Description
This product was developed in collaboration with a local soy sauce manufacturer to create a mentsuyu that goes well with Ibo no Ito's hand-stretched somen noodles.
We focused on creating a straight type, using naturally brewed soy sauce as a base and carefully selected bonito flakes and kelp to create a mentsuyu with a rich flavour.
