With an alcohol content of 3.5%, it is a low-alcohol lager. The natural sweetness of the soy milk enhances the umami, while the malt flavor and hop bitterness create a rich and satisfying low-alcohol beer.
Ingredients and Craftsmanship: The tofu used is made in Higashikawa Town, at the foot of the Daisetsuzan mountains, known for its delicious water.
People travel from afar to purchase this tofu due to its renowned flavor. Since its founding in 1946, the traditional methods have been preserved.
This beer is made using primarily locally grown soybeans and soy milk produced with the exquisite water from the Daisetsuzan mountains.
