Cultivated by JAS-certified producers. Japanese mustard spinach may seem similar to normal spinach. The only difference in appearance is that the latter tends to have darker leaves and thinner stem. Normal spinach tends to have a stronger taste and slightly bitter which can be removed from boiling. Whereas Japanese mustard spinach can be enjoyed raw.
