Delicious defrosting time:
Grand Sweet Circus eclairs are delivered from Japan freshly made and flash-frozen. When storing them, please keep them in the ‘freezer’.
The texture and flavour of the frozen eclairs will change depending on the defrosting time in the fridge. Please enjoy them at your preferred refrigerated defrosting time.
Half defrost: 4-5 hours refrigerated defrosting.
The cold cream is as refreshing as an iced cake. Recommended in hot weather.
Fully defrosted: 5-6 hours of refrigerated defrosting.
Soft and smooth texture with richer aromas and lingering flavours.

Refreezing once defrosted is not recommended as the taste and quality will deteriorate.
