Description:
Made from a single raw milk from Shichikai Farm in Sarabetsu Village, Tokachi, and cured for more than 10 months. It has a rich flavor and a crunchy texture. The long ripening period gives the cheese a concentrated and mellow flavor. It is delicious grated on white fish carpaccio, adding a delicious flavor. It goes well with red wine and hard liquor. Goes well with espresso.
