Try [garlic with olive oil], [Japanese pepper with onion oil], [hawk's claw with sesame oil], on hot rice with rice, it is excellent!
It also goes well with rice cakes! It can also be used as a sauce for meat, fish, pasta, noodles, and any other dishes.
