■Crystal Shrimp:
White shrimp, known as the "Jewel of the sea" exclusively from Toyama bay that will be air flown to Singapore for the 1st time. A rare and limited supply delicacy in Japan. Sweeter than sweet shrimp, free from additives and will be delivering fresh from the September harvested. This marks the first appearance in Singapore for consumers outside of high-end Japanese restaurants.
Crystal Shrimp Origin
Official name “Pasiphaea Japonica” shrimp that inhabitant only at Toyama Bay.
Nikkou Kaisan, a company with 59 years of history with skillmanship in hand peeling the shrimp individually, preserving the appearance and freshness.
