Made with Ripe Nanko Ume from Wakayama and premium rock sugar, this syrup is easy to prepare and naturally delicious. How to Make Plum Syrup

- Remove plums with large bruises or damage
- Wash the plum
- Thoroughly dry the plums with a paper towel and remove the stems

Layer the plums and rock sugar alternately in a jar
- Store in a dark, stable place below 30°C for about 7-10 days.
Recommendations
- Storage conditions may vary, so consume as soon as possible.
- Enjoy by mixing with soda water to make ume soda, or use it to make jelly.
