How to Make Plum Syrup

  1. Remove plums with large bruises or damage
  2. Wash the plum
  3. Thoroughly dry the plums with a paper towel and remove the stems
  4. Layer the plums and rock sugar alternately in a jar
  5. Store in a dark, stable place below 30°C for about 7-10 days.
