This set includes everything you need to create a naturally sweet and tangy treat using ripe Nanko Ume from Wakayama and high-quality Japanese honey. With a soft texture and balanced flavor, these honey ume are delicious enjoyed just as they are. Perfect for sharing with family!

①Nanko Ume (Ripe): 500g
②Rock Sugar: 500g
③Glass Bottle : 1L capacity
④Kyoto Terroir Honey 300g
How to Make Ume Honey

- Remove plums with large bruises or damage
- Wash the plum
- Thoroughly dry the plums with a paper towel and remove the stems

Layer the plums and rock sugar alternately in a jar
- Pour in the honey and store in a dark, stable place below 30°C for about 7-10 days.
Recommendations
- Storage conditions may vary, so consume as soon as possible.
- Use clean, dry utensils when handling to avoid contamination.
