This is one of Japan's most prestigious plum varieties, produced in very limited quantities each season. Rarely available outside Japan, Kiyou is a true seasonal delicacy for plum lovers.

For the best flavor, keep the plums at room temperature until they become slightly soft to the touch. Once fully ripened, refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving to enjoy their rich sweetness and refreshing juiciness at their finest.

Known as the "King of Japanese Plums," Kiyou is celebrated for its remarkably large size, elegant aroma, and extraordinary sweetness. Unlike ordinary plums, it offers exceptionally low acidity and an incredibly juicy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
