Description
Yamanashi Hakuho is one of Japan’s most beloved white peach varieties. First developed in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1925, Hakuho is prized for its gentle sweetness, very low acidity, and exceptionally juicy flesh. Grown in Yamanashi’s ideal climate, these peaches develop a rich sugar content, often reaching 13–15 degrees or higher. Their pale, beautiful flesh is soft, smooth, and meltingly tender, releasing abundant juice with every bite. Elegant in appearance and luxurious in flavor, Yamanashi Hakuho offers the classic taste of premium Japanese peaches.
