Product Description.
Ice sugar made from 100% Hokkaido beet sugar.
Enjoy with seasonal fruits such as plum wine, karinshu, plum syrup, fruit syrups, etc.

How to make Umeshu (plum wine)
(Ingredients) 1kg green plums / 500g-800g glacial sugar / 1.8 litres white liquor.


1. remove the stems from the green plums, rinse in cold water and pat dry. 
2. Alternately place the green plums and icing sugar in a container.
3. Pour in the white liquor and seal.
4.Store in a cool, dark place. After all the icing sugar has melted, the product is ready to use after six months to a year of pickling.
