Uji green tea kanoko bread

Description:
It is made with matcha green tea from Uji, Kyoto, and kanoko azuki beans from Hokkaido, and rolls in the refined sweetness of azuki beans and the aroma of matcha green tea. 
100% Hokkaido wheat and Shirakami Kodama yeast are used. 
The dough is made using the "Nakatane method," in which the dough is left to mature slowly overnight at a low temperature.
