The rice is sweetened by the cold temperatures in the rich land of Hokkaido and produces a large crop. It is a highly nutritious and clean rice that makes the most of the plant's natural power of life through special cultivation. The water used to nurture skunk cabbage rice is the abundant melted snow water from the Yubari Mountains, which is also used as brewing water by long-established sake breweries with a history of over 100 years. usage rules:
