This is the highest grade of Junmai Daiginjo-shu, with the rice lavishly polished to 30%. After the vatting, the sake is bottled without filtration, heated, and stored in refrigerated bottles to ensure thorough quality control.
The mellow ginjo aroma is reminiscent of pineapple and other elegant fruits, and the fruity yet clean flavor and elegant lingering aftertaste are superb.
