Creator Chef Yoshitaka Igaki trained in Italy before opening an Italian restaurant in Kurashiki, Okayama.

The popularity of his restaurant puddings led to the creation of a specialist pudding brand, where each variety is handmade with carefully adjusted methods, temperatures, and textures to bring out the best of each ingredient.

The brand has also been featured by Japanese media, including NHK’s Asaichi, TV Tokyo’s Danshi Gohan, and Tokyo Walker.

❄️ How to Enjoy

Thaw naturally in the refrigerator for approximately 6 hours and enjoy as is.

📦 Storage & Caution

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.

After thawing or opening, refrigerate at 10°C or below and consume soon.

Do not refreeze after thawing. Small brown specks may appear on the surface or inside the pudding due to naturally occurring components of matcha. This does not affect product quality.
