👨🍳 Crafted by Chef Yoshitaka Igaki

Creator Chef Yoshitaka Igaki trained in Italy before opening an Italian restaurant in Kurashiki, Okayama.

The popularity of his restaurant desserts led to the creation of a specialist pudding brand dedicated to highlighting the unique qualities of different ingredients. Each Ganna pudding is handmade with its own preparation process.

The brand has also been featured by Japanese media, including NHK’s Asaichi, TV Tokyo’s Danshi Gohan, and Tokyo Walker.
