Chinese cabbage can be used in many dishes, such as hot pot, stew, pickles, and steamed vegetables.

Some Chinese cabbage is very large in size and can be bulky in the refrigerator, but we have prepared Chinese cabbage that is smaller and easier to handle, yet still satisfying.

It is rich in minerals as well as vitamins, and is full of water and low in calories, making it ideal for the dry winter season.
