This is a two-loaf size bread made with organic raisins certified by JAS, featuring a rich dough that includes homemade raisin yeast, fresh cream, and butter for a moist finish. 
It can be enjoyed both as is or toasted. 
[Unique ingredients] - Homemade raisin yeast - JAS-certified organic raisins - Handcrafted wasanbon sugar from sugarcane grown in Kagawa Prefecture - Salt made from seawater approximately 2000 meters off the coast of Okinawa.

After baking, Anuil bread is quickly frozen hot in a special machine.
This means that our bread tastes better than when it is baked and then left to cool.
We have included instructions on how to defrost our bread so that you can enjoy it at its best.

Defrosting method for all breads:
(1) Remove from the freezer to room temperature.
(2) The optimal thawing time will vary depending on the temperature in the room. Place the bread in a place out of direct sunlight.
When the bread begins to melt, water droplets will begin to form on the inside of the bag. The best time to eat is when the bread has absorbed all the water.

【How to serve after thawing】
At first, please slice it and enjoy it as is. You can taste the sweetness of the raisins and the dough.
It is also delicious sliced and baked in a toaster. It is also good with butter.
