Serving Suggestion:

Storage & Preparation (Important):
Priority: Please prepare on the same day of purchase.
Fresh bamboo shoots should be boiled immediately (on the same day) with rice bran (kome-nuka) and dried chili to remove bitterness (aku). This step is essential to preserve quality and flavor.
Refrigeration:
After boiling, place the bamboo shoots in a clean container and fully submerge them in water. Store in the refrigerator and change the water daily. Best consumed within approximately 1 week.
If you notice a sharp sour smell, sliminess, or stickiness, please avoid consuming the product.
