The distinctive flavour comes from mentaiko seasoning supplied by Fukuya in Fukuoka. Mentaiko—Japanese seasoned chilli pollock roe—is known for its savoury depth and spicy character.

02 — Made with Fukuyutaka Soybean Okara
These karinto are made with Japanese wheat flour and okara from Fukuoka-grown Fukuyutaka soybeans.
