🍂 The Four Flavours

• Fig & Japanese Black Tea
  Red wine-simmered fig meets Japanese black tea from Ujitawara, Kyoto. The fig is rich and gently tart, the tea aroma is soft, and the finish lingers.
• Sweet Potato
  Mellow Naruto Kintoki sweet potato with the rounded depth of Kyoto mirin. Pieces of skin-on sweet potato add natural flavour and texture.
• Japanese Chestnut & Hojicha
  Rich Japanese chestnut paired with aromatic hojicha from long-established tea producer Yanoen. The roasted tea balances the sweetness for a calm, fragrant finish.
• Maple
  Deep maple sweetness with the gentle richness of Kyoto mirin, topped with an edible syrup-preserved maple leaf.

About Ichizenya: Founded in 1993 in Kyoto’s Kitashirakawa district, Ichizenya creates Western-style confectionery rooted in Kyoto. How to Enjoy

Thaw at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.

Storage & Care

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. After thawing, store in a cool, dark place and consume within 21 days.
