This delicious amazake is crafted using their prized *rice koji*, along with “Fukkurinko” rice grown in Southern Hokkaido and local black rice. The surprising, gentle sweetness comes from the natural glucose created as the rice starch converts to sugar.
This amazake is non-alcoholic, sugar-free, and contains no additives.
