Made with fresh strawberries from our farm, this Baumkuchen is light and mousse-like, with a gentle sweetness and a touch of refreshing acidity. Egoma seeds on top add a pleasant crunch and fragrance.

๐Ÿ  Sweet Potato

Crafted from our own Beni Haruka sweet potatoes, this variety offers a rich, buttery flavor and moist texture, reminiscent of sweet potato tart. A coating of purple sweet potato chocolate and a dash of salt enhance the natural depth.
Recommendation: Thaw at room temperature. Toast lightly for 2 minutes to bring out its full aroma.
