Yogurt made with plenty of raw milk grown at the foot of Mt. Otowa in Nakijin Village in the northern part of Okinawa's main island is blended with Awamori, and then finished with mango.
The richness of the yogurt and the slight spread of awamori make for an exquisite drink.

Enjoy it chilled, straight or on the rocks!
