🏭 Crafted by Ishikoshi Brewery

Founded in 1920, Ishikoshi Brewery is the only sake brewery in Tome, Miyagi.

Its flagship brand Sawanoizumi takes its name from “sawa” in Nakazawa, where the brewery is located, and “izumi,” meaning the spring found on its grounds. The brewery uses high-quality groundwater throughout the sake-making process, from washing the rice to bottling.
