• Tororo kombu made without vinegar
  Matsumoto’s original process creates tororo kombu without its characteristic vinegary sourness, allowing the kelp’s savoury flavour to shine.

• Two kombu textures, layered flavour
  Finely processed tororo kombu and seasoned shio kombu combine with bonito for a rich, satisfying umami base.

How to Enjoy
