Gelato CASSIS & BERRY

Description:
We lavishly used an abundance of both blackcurrants and berries. The gelato and the confiture are mixed with four types of berries. 
The rich sweetness combined with the tartness of the berries creates a refreshing flavor. The deep purple appearance is also striking. 
Both in taste and appearance, it's "berry" good.
