Shizuku Mizumanju is a delicate Japanese jelly sweet made with natural spring water from Mt. Yotei (Ezo Fuji), known for its exceptional purity. Its cool, jiggly texture makes it a perfect summer dessert.

This set includes two refreshing water jellies (mizumanju), each filled with a different kind of smooth bean paste:

  • Black Koshian – Rich and traditional red bean paste

  • White Koshian – Light, mildly sweet paste made from white flower beans

Both fillings are blended with tart, aromatic Hokkaido haskap berries, adding a crisp, fruity finish.
