Winemaking
After harvest in late September, the grapes undergo fermentation in oak barrels at 18–24°C for approximately 14 days, followed by around five months of maturation in oak. This careful process adds texture and subtle richness while preserving the wine’s vibrant fruit expression.
Vintage 2021
The 2021 season began with a warm winter and little snowfall. Spring brought cooler temperatures and strong winds, while warmer conditions in early summer supported steady vine development.
Although the rainy season was prolonged, the region’s distinctive rain-shelter cultivation helped protect the grapes and minimize disease pressure. Strong sunshine after the rainy season accelerated ripening, allowing the grapes to reach excellent maturity before harvest.
