Awayuki Cheese, prized with the President's Award from the Japan Fisheries Association at the 2012 National Fisheries Processed Products General Quality Review. 
This steamed kamaboko contains two types of moist cheese. After defrosting in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours, simply slice and enjoy. 

For an appetizer, pair it with salami or other meats. 
It is an excellent starter that pairs well with wine.
