This product is supervised by Toshihiko Takada, the master of the authentic bar "THINK" in Miyako Island in Okinawa.
In 2002, he won the Grand Prix at the Awamori Competition with a cocktail made using Taragawa’s “Ryukyu Ocho.” Based on the coffee awamori recipe currently used at his bar, this product was developed with his expertise.
This rich coffee liqueur is crafted by infusing deep-flavored Italian roast coffee into a base of “Ryukyu Ocho.”
Enjoy it on the rocks or with a small amount of water.
