Bread Ingredients Detail
Croissant wheat flour, milk, fermented butter, sugar, egg, salt, baker's yeast, Vitamin C Made with 100% Hokkaido wheat and fermented butter produced in Hokkaido. These croissants are made slowly over a period of 3 days from preparation!
Fruits lodeve wheat flour, orange peel(orange peel, high-fructose corn syrup, sugar), raisin, salt, baker's yeast, ph adjuster, bleaching agent(nitrite), Vitamin C Two kinds of fruits are mixed into the dough made of 100% Hokkaido wheat. It is fermented for a long time using a traditional method from the Rodev region of France.

  2. Bake in a preheated toaster for 3-4 minutes. If you want to eat it immediately, microwave the frozen bread for about 50 seconds, then warm it in the residual heat for about 2 minutes. Please eat it as soon as possible.
Mini Campagne
  1. Defrost naturally at room temperature while still in the bag for 3-4 hours.
  2. Slice and mist the surface of the bread. Bake in a preheated toaster for 3-5 minutes. If you are going to serve it with soup, it should be browned on the surface, but if you are going to make an open sandwich or put a patty on it, it should be baked until crispy and fragrant.
