We use Hokkaido pea paste, known for its sweet and rich flavor without any green odor. Fresh peas are finely mashed into paste using a Mascolloider machine at our own factory.
By turning the paste into a product immediately after processing, we preserve the peas' rich flavor and natural taste in our potage.
